How do I review my benefit plan costs?

To review any plan rates:

1. Log in to Namely

2. In the menu on the left under Admin Tools, click Manage Benefits

3. Under Plan Setup select the type of plan you wish to view

4. Under Plan Name and click on the specific plan you would like to view the rates for

5. Scroll down to Eligibility, Benefits and Maximums, and Rate Information and select the Rates tab.

Depending on the type of plan selected you can view:

• the rates per $1,000 by

  • Monthly

  • Semi-monthly

  • Bi-weekly

  • Weekly

• the rates per 

  • Employee

  • Employee + Spouse

  • Employee + Child(ren)

  • Family
