How do I reset my password?

To reset your password: 

  1. Click Reset Password on the login page.

  2. Enter your email address. You'll be sent an email with a link to change your password.

  • Note: This is your company email address.

  1. Click the link in the email to return to the login page, where you can enter a new password.

  2. Enter your email address and new password to log in to Namely.

If the issue persists, we recommend contacting the HR administrator at your company for further assistance, as they will be able to reset your credentials.
