How do I remove a pay group at the company level?

How to remove a pay group at a company level:

  1. Update employee pay groups to make sure employees are no longer in the pay group you wish to delete. Refer to Remove Pay Group Assignments for instructions.

  2. Go to Namely Payroll > click Company > Pay Group.

  3. Click Edit next to the pay group you wish to remove.

  4. Scroll to Check Configuration and enter the End Date.

  5. Click Save.

TIP:

If the pay group was removed correctly, it will no longer be visible in Namely Payroll's Pay Group Setup page.
