How do I prevent employees from creating custom Skill Tags?

To disable the ability for users to create their own Skill Tags: 

1. Login to Namely HCM. 

2. Click “Company” > “Settings” > “Company Info”. 

3. Locate the “Allow Users to Create Skill Tags” option and Uncheck it. 

4. Click “Save”

Employees will now be unable to add tags on their own and will only be able to select from a custom pool of tags.
