How do I handle the yellow warnings concerning employee start dates in the ACA Wizard?

ACA warnings- including yellow warnings regarding start dates- provide a helpful way to identify discrepancies in your employee data prior to an ACA submission.

If you are receiving warnings while processing a submission through the ACA Wizard, read the Common ACA Errors and Warnings guide for a description of all errors and warnings and review your data to confirm accuracy. 

If your data is accurate: 

You can proceed through the ACA Wizard to submit. 

If you need to make changes to your employee data: 

  • For minor data corrections, you can process enrollment changes by submitting an admin change life event via the Enrollment Wizard. 

  • For mass changes, you can provide your data corrections to Namely, and the Service team can update via manual imports.  Please reach out to Service via the Help Community for the appropriate import templates.
