How do I create a workflow that is not visible to an employee?

In order to hide a workflow from an employee, make sure the employee's role does not have access to the particular field.

To hide a field from an employee role:

1. Go to Company > Settings > Field Group Bundles > View Grid.

2. Uncheck the fields you would like to have hidden from the Basic Read Self and Basic Edit Self bundles.

3. Click Save.
