How do I create a new group?

To create a group under an existing type:

  1. Login to Namely HCM.

  2. Click Company > Settings > Groups

  3. Locate the existing type you want to add the new group to.

  4. Click Add - Group Name under the existing type.

  5. Enter the Group Name under the group name field.

  6. To add additional information, select the checkbox Attach an address and phone number to group.

  7. Click Save.

To create a new group type:

  1. Click Add Group Type located on the bottom of the page.

  2. Enter the new Group Type’s Name under Group Type Name.

  3. To allow the new Group Type to appear on the Teams Page, select checkbox Display group in teams section.

  4. Click Save Type .
