How do I clear a Profile Status Error to allow an employee to flow into Payroll?
If you are receiving a Profile Status Error when attempting to run a Payroll, it may be because of a missing or invalid field. The list below can be used to troubleshoot your error.

Ensure the company email does not have any spaces before or after.

Ensure the Gender field is selected for either Male or Female. Not Specified will not be accepted for benefits purposes. (You do have the option to create a preferred gender field. Please see our article on Configuring Profile Fields for guidance).

Delete and re-enter the employee’s SSN without dashes (-). Namely automatically enters the dash for you.

Ensure the Marital Status field is completed.

Ensure the Ethnicity field is completed.

Check that all phone numbers are exactly 10 digits. Fitting the 555-555-5555 format.

Confirm that the home address has a Country (United States) and State.
