How do I assign a time-off plan to individuals?

  1. Log into Namely HCM

  2. Select the employee profile in question

  3. Click Edit Profile next to their name

  4. Select Time Off from the left hand springboard menu

  5. Scroll to the appropriate time off type and click the dropdown box under the Plan field for the current year

  6. Select the appropriate plan from the list

  7. Scroll up to the top of the page, click Save

  8. Reset the plan by clicking the blue Reset button next to the plan.

Notes: 

  • The Reset button in Step 8 is only visible to those with Administrator access.

  • Step 8 is not necessary if the plan is an Unlimited PTO Plan.
