How do I add the termination button for all non-US based employees?

Terminate employees from office locations outside of the U.S. by reconfiguring the Scoped Permissions.

TIP:

Only Namely Site Administrators from your organization have the ability to configure the access roles and permissions within the Scoped Permissions section. If you are not a Site Administrator, please contact your colleague to make the following changes on your behalf.

  1. Go to Company > Settings > Roles & Permissions.

  2. Click Edit next to the applicable Access Role.

  3. Scroll down to the Scoped Permissions section.

  4. Click Ability: can terminate profile to expand the section.

  5. Deselect the current permission and select the checkbox for - all.

  6. Click Save.
