How can you share review answers to a reviewee?

Prior to kicking off the review cycle the admin may select Review Writers - Share answers from the review writers with employee being reviewed and Review Administrator to auto-share.

If the Auto-Share Setting is enabled, the employee will be able to view the review answers immediately after the writer submits their portion of the review.

Once a review cycle is kicked off an Admin or Approver may hide or share the review answers for the employee by selecting Share manager reviews with reviewee or Make Visible

• Make Visible will share the review writer or peer answers with the employee while Share manager reviews with reviewee under Actions > Settings will share the Review Admin answers with the employee.

TIP:

 You can make the manager a writer and an admin since being an admin allows more visibility and control.
