How can I verify that a terminated employee's data was sent to my COBRA provider?
If you have an active COBRA Carrier Feed, a terminated employee will be sent to your vendor if the following criteria are met:

A termination date is present

A qualified termination reason was used

The employee was enrolled in COBRA eligible plans

The COBRA eligible plans have been end dated
Below are the eligible termination reasons. If a reason is not listed, the employee is not mapped to send on the feed:
