How can I validate the data sent on my Carrier Feeds?

Namely's "Namely Data Audit Report" allows all Admins to have access to at any given time to confirm the accuracy of their data. This report can be found in the Namely Payroll site under Reports > Date Range. 

This report is helpful to find data issues such as dependents or employees with invalid Social Security Numbers, or employees missing involuntary plans such as Basic Life and Basic AD&D.
