How can I update the employer contribution on our 401(k) plan?

To update your 401(k) employer contribution on a company-level:

  1. Go to Namely Payroll > Company > Deductions.

  2. On the Deductions tab, search for your active 401(k) deduction code, and click Edit

  3. Scroll until you've reached the Employer Cost section.

  4. In the Amount Per Pay Period field, enter the desired employer contribution amount per pay period.

  5. Select the amount Type (Dollar or Percent) and amount Based Upon option (Employee Contribution or Wage).

  6. Click Save to finalize your changes.
