How can I update a carrier's name?
To update the carrier name for an existing plan using our Plan Setup Assistant, follow these steps:

Click Manage Benefits from your homepage.

On the Benefits Setup page, select the appropriate tab from the top menu bar, or scroll to plan that you would like to make changes to.

Click the plan name to access the plan's summary page and select Edit in the top right corner.

On the following page, click Edit at the top of the page (next to the plan ID). An Edit Plan pop-up screen will appear.

In the Edit Plan pop up, select the carrier from the drop-down menu and click Save and Continue.

To finalize your changes and return to the plan set up page, click Publish and Exit at the bottom right of your screen.
If you have not migrated to our Plan Setup Assistant, you may update the carrier name in Namely Payroll:

Go to Enrollment Setup > Configuration > Carrier.

Click Edit next to the Carrier you'd like to edit.

Select the carrier name from the drop down.

Click Save.
