How can I trigger a new carrier feed file to be sent?

If you would like a new carrier feed file to be sent before your next regularly scheduled file is processed, please submit a case via the Help Community with your request.

When you submit a case, be sure to specify which carrier feed(s) and the date(s) for which you'd like file(s) resent.

Note: It is best practice to notify your carrier of the off-schedule file - not all carriers can accept an off-schedule file. Alerting the carrier will also help avoid any potential data issues with the carrier.
