How can I terminate my carrier feed?

If you'd like to disable an active carrier feed, submit a ticket in the Help Community. You'll want to include the name of the feed you'd like disabled, and the date you'd like it to stop sending files. This will ensure that we disable the correct feed.

Once your case is received, an EDI Consultant will respond with a notice alerting you to the effects of terminating the feed (e.g., that any enrollments will need to be entered manually into the carrier portal going forward); once you have signed off on the notice, the EDI Consultant will terminate the feed and confirm with you when the termination is completed.
