How can I stop employees from logging into Namely?

If you need to restrict access to your Namely site for some reason, you can prevent users from logging in by unchecking the Global can log in permission from an Access Role. 

1. Go to Company > Settings > Roles & Permissions

2. Click Edit next to the role you'd like to restrict access to.

3. Uncheck the box next to Global can log in. 

4. Save your changes.

This will prevent any users in the access role from logging into your Namely site.
