How can I resolve the "gap in Demographic Record" error message in the Enrollment Wizard?

The "gap in Demographic Record" error message is typically caused by a discrepancy between the employee's Hire Date and Demographic Start Date in Namely.

When receiving this error:

  • If you have not migrated Org Units, please go to the follow locations in Namely Payroll and ensure that the dates match:

    • Hire Date: employee profile > General tab
