How can I resolve the "Spousal life coverage needs fixing" error?
This error is generally seen if the Spouse Required option is not selected on the coverage line. To resolve the error:

Go to Enrollment Setup > Configuration > Coverage Lines.

Select the appropriate Spouse Life Coverage Line.

Check the Spouse Required box.

Save your changes.
If this does not resolve your issue, submit a case in the Help Community. Include the name of the employee attempting to enroll, the Life Event, desired effective date and the plan that is causing the error in your case submission.
