How can I resolve the "All client coverage lines have been removed due to rules" error?
The error is likely caused by the absence of a coverage line mapping for a coverage line that has a rule dependency on another coverage line.
For example, if Plan “A” is only available if Plan “B” is selected and/or waived, both plans must be present in the selected life event. If one of the corresponding plans is missing, the rule cannot validate correctly and you'll receive this error message.
You can review your coverage line mappings by navigating to Enrollment Setup > Configuration > Coverage Line Event Map. If you need to add a coverage line to a Life Event, click Add and apply any necessary organizational delineations (Department, Division, Branch, Class.)
