How can I remove an employee from a carrier feed?

An employee will be removed from a carrier feed when their benefits are terminated in Namely Payroll. Once their plans are terminated, their data will no longer be sent on the feed.

Benefits will terminate according to your plan termination rules (which can be reviewed in 
Plan Settings in the Benefits Setup Assistant or by clicking Edit next to the plan in Enrollment Setup - > Configuration - > Plans.) For example, if you terminate an employee on March 15th, and your plans are set up for coverage to end on the last day of the month following termination, employee benefits will end on March 31st. The employee's data will send on any scheduled feeds until March 31st. 

If you are terminating an employee, make sure you select the 
Terminate Benefits option when terminating them in HRIS. This will ensure plans are ended as detailed above. 

The above logic would also apply to an employee losing benefits due to a change in employment status (most commonly - moving from Full-Time to Part-Time.)
