How can I fix the demographic records I flagged in my audit?

You can fix demographic records for each employee you flagged as having an incorrect or missing demographic by following these steps:

If you have not migrated to Org Units:

  1. Go to Namely Payroll.

  2. Search for the flagged employee's profile.

  3. Click on the Demographics tab. 

  4. Click Edit to edit an existing record or Add to add a new record.

  5. Once you’ve added or adjusted the appropriate data, click Save.

If you have migrated Org Units:

  • To edit the Class portion of the demographics:

  1. Go to the employee’s Namely profile.

  2. Scroll down to the Class field > Manage. 

  3. Make the necessary changes and click Save

  • To edit DepartmentsDivisions, or Branches/Office Locations:

  1. Go to the employee’s Namely profile.

  2. Click Org Units & Teams > Org Units > Manage

  3. Make the necessary changes and click Save.
