How can I ensure employees know what their commission is for on their pay stub?

Namely has a standard earning code for commissions, which will be visible to the employee as a line item on their pay stub. If you'd like to enter specific details about the Commission (i.e. - which customer they are receiving the commission for), we recommend leveraging Notes. 

Notes can be entered to an employee's pay stub by clicking Edit on step one of payroll, next to the desired employee. Details about the employee's commission can be entered in Notes, and will be visible on the employee's pay stub.
