How can I delete certain employees from a review cycle after it has already kicked off?

There are a few different ways to delete employees from a pay cycle, depending on the circumstances. 

Deleting one employee from a review entirely:

  1. Find the employee’s review in question by clicking Manage Reviews > All Reviews Filter Results, and typing in the employee's name.

  2. Select the review you'd like to delete, and click Actions.

  3. Select Settings from the drop down and click Delete Review.

Deleting a specific writer, admin, peer or approver on a specific review:

Option 1

To delete an individual on a review, follow the above steps to find the review in question and then:

  1. Click Actions > Settings and delete the individual under the desired section

  2. Click Save.

Option 2

To remove a role from a review, follow the above steps to find the review in question and then:

  1. Scroll and click Remove from the individual in question to remove their role or review from the specific review.
