How can I delete a duplicate coverage line?

If you've migrated your Benefits Administration platform to our Benefits Setup Assistant, please submit a case to the Service Team in the Help Community for assistance. Provide the name of the duplicate coverage line you'd like deleted with your request. 

If you are using our legacy Benefits Administration system in Namely Payroll, you can delete a Coverage Line by following these steps:

  1. Go to Enrollment Setup > Configuration > Coverage Lines.

  2. Select Edit to update the desired coverage line. 

  3. In the End Date field - enter a date one day prior to the Coverage Line's start date. This will "void" the coverage line. 

  4. Click Save.
