How can I confirm that a new employee was included on a carrier feed?

The Namely Service Team can confirm the presence of an employee on a Carrier Feed file. Submit a case via the Help Community and include the following details:

  • The name(s) of the employee(s)

  • Plan details

  • Effective date of coverage

  • Indicate if you would like to review the file

If you request to review the file, a member of our service team will upload a file to your Support Files in HRIS securely for review.
