How can I choose which admin signs Onboarding documents?
When an onboarding session is kicked off that includes eSignature documents, some documents may be set up to require two signers: the new hire and an active employee on the site.
In this scenario, the employee who kicked off the onboarding session will be assigned by default to sign the documents. If they would like to delegate the task to someone else, they can choose from a list of names on the dropdown menu.
