How can I change a time off plan renewal date?

  1. Click Company > Settings > Time Off.

  2. Select the desired time off plan.

  3. Click Edit next to the plan.

  4. Under the Accrual and Renewal section you will see the Select the plan renewal date settings.

Plan renewals can be based on either a set date (i.e. January 1) or the employee’s anniversary date. Make the appropriate selection and save your changes. 

TIP:

We do not recommend changing a plan's renewal date once the plan is already in use. If you'd like to change a plan renewal date mid-plan year, we recommend creating a new time off plan and assigning employees to it. Before you re-assign employees to the new plan, we recommend downloading a Time Off Report so that you can import time off data into the new plan.
