Does Namely pre-note direct deposit changes?

Namely does not pre-note any direct deposit changes. We suggest employees upload a voided check when making a direct deposit change. If incorrect account or routing numbers are entered, we have the ability to recover funds within 30 days of payment. 

Namely audits for any unsuccessful ACH transfers related to bank account inaccuracies each day. We will contact you if we encountered any issues depositing funds in an employee's bank account.
