Does Namely handle New Hire Reporting on the State level?

If you're a Namely Payroll customer, we will handle all of your new hire reporting every month on the 5th and 20th.

Example:

• On 8/05/22, we will report on employees with a hire date between 7/16/22 to 7/31/22.
  On 8/20/22, we will report on employees with a hire date between 8/1/22 to 8/15/22.

TIP:

For multi-state companies, employees are reported based on the state they work.
