Does Namely file Form NYS-45?

Yes, if you've registered for taxes in the State of New York, and process payroll in Namely, we will file Form NYS-45 for you on a quarterly basis. You can review the form for each quarter by following these steps: 

1. Log in to Namely Payroll.

2. Hover over Reports and click Quarterly & Year End.

3. Select the appropriate Year and Duration.

4. Click View next to the Company Tax Package.

5. Your NYS-45 will be included with the Tax Package.
