Do I need to complete a Benefit Activation Sheet if there are only minimal changes?
Yes. Once a Benefit Activation Sheet is provided to you with your current benefit configuration, you may add and/or update existing plans for the new plan year. The Benefit Activation Sheet provides a holistic view of your benefit offerings and has multiple uses down the road if you need to refer back to it later on and/or compare to benefit vendors’ plan documents or proposals, or should a site audit need to be completed.
