Do I have to produce an ACA report given that we have fewer than 50 FTEs?
As a general guideline, all Applicable Large Employers (ALEs) - i.e., employers who had, on average, 50 full-time employees or FTE equivalents during the prior calendar year - must file ACA reporting with the IRS.
