Can you track Goals in a Review Template?

Goals can be tracked on a company, group, and individual level.

• The status of the goals to be pulled into the Review Cycle setup are selected in the cycle settings.

• Under the Review Template, Questions Include must be set to Employee's Individual Goals for the goals to pull in.

• If the employee has personal goals in their profile, and these are weighted, then these are used in the performance review to weight the goals.

  • Using weights needs to be turned on in the Global Settings (found in Manage Reviews/ Performance > Goals > Global Settings)
