Can you auto-share reviews after a review cycle is live?

You can auto-share review results with all participants except the review writers after kicking off a review cycle by following the steps below:

1. Log in to HRIS.

2. On the homepage, select Manage Reviews > Review Cycles.

3. Scroll down to the Active list and select the appropriate review.

4. On the upper right-hand corner click Actions then select Edit Cycle Settings.

5. Under Auto-Share Settings make sure the box is checked.

6. Click Save.

Things to consider:

• This edit can be made as long as a review cycle is still open.

• If an employee completes their review before Auto-Share Settings are turned on, the participants will not receive the information after Auto-Share is turned on.
