Can we set up a notification so managers know when their employees have a birthday or anniversary?

Yes, this notification can be created.

1. Go to Company > Settings > Admin Reminders.

2. Next to Birthdays click Settings.

3. Check Active to turn off Email Reminders.

4. Follow the same steps for any anniversaries.

5. Check Direct Manager to ensure managers receive notifications, and Save.

Optional: You can set the number of days before the event the reminder is sent within the notification settings.
