Can the effective date of a workflow be changed once submitted and approved?

No, the effective date may not be changed once a workflow has been approved. A new workflow must be submitted with the correct effective date. 

You may submit a case to the Service Team via the Help Community to have us remove an approved workflow from the system. This will help prevent overlapping dates that may cause conflicts in the system.
