Can historic information be imported?

Not as part of the initial launch. 

Example, if a company joined Namely in 2017, but they were founded in 2001 and have employees who started in 2001, the headcount dashboard will go all the way back to 2001 since this report is looking at the profile start date and not the date that the data was entered into the system.  

However, if during those 16 years, 50 employees had name changes, Analytics doesn't have a way to import the historical records of those changes. So if you look at a point in time report for 2006, it would show the employee's First and Last Name as they exist today, not as they existed in 2006.
