Can Namely accommodate a passive Open Enrollment?

Yes - you have the option to select Active or Passive Open Enrollment when your OE is configured. If you select Passive, any employees who do not submit Open Enrollment elections will be re-enrolled in the same or equivalent plans when you Finalize your Open Enrollment.
