Can I set up default hour benefits to automatically populate for my new hires?

Hour Benefits do not automatically populate for new hires in Namely. Namely recommends including the addition of any applicable hour benefit types to your new hire process. 

Hour benefits configured at the Company Level are automatically added to employee profiles after their first pay cycle. You will only need to manually Configure and Assign Hour Benefits if they are required on the employee's first payroll cycle.
