Can I restrict writers from editing ratings in Performance Reviews?

To ensure accuracy and fairness during the Performance Review and Ratings process, the Writer cannot be restricted from editing the Rating. The Review Administrator will have access to configuring the rating for final review. 

To eliminate the Writer's ability to update ratings, the Admin will have to ensure the questions in the Performance Template do not include a question that is related to Rating On A Scale for the Writer to answer.
