Can I onboard employees in bulk?

At this time, our Onboarding tool does not support onboarding employees in mass. You can either add each employee individually by Kicking off an Onboarding Session or you can mass import the new employees using an HRIS Imports: General Import.

Things to consider when importing new hire information in bulk:

• You will need to request the new hires to update their information on their own profiles.

• You will no longer be able to send them welcome emails.

• Any eSignature Documents will still need to be sent out separately.
