Can I do a 9 box Review?

While we do not have this system in place to automatically create a 9 box, you can use teams to simulate the 9 box functionality you are looking for. Based on the questions you can ask within a performance review, you can determine where the employee should fall within a 9 box structure. 

Here are several ways to set up.a 9 box Review: 

• Company > Settings > Team Categories > "Talent Matrix" (This also works for any custom team)

• Teams > Create Custom Team > Select the Category (in this case "Talent Matrix") > Leave in draft status 

• Run a Review report within our Reporting tool, to capture the answers pertinent to creating a 9 box

• Add employees into the appropriate area
