Can I continue to edit an employee’s profile once I’ve launched the Termination Form?

Note: This FAQ is specific to clients who have early access to the new Termination Form. If you are not included in this group, please refrain from consulting this FAQ until the feature is released to all clients.

Once the Termination Form has been launched, you’ll not be able to edit any fields in the Termination Form except the 
Pay Through Date, which can be edited until the entered pay through date has passed. You also cannot edit any fields on an employee’s profile that are included in the Termination Form except the User Status, which can be edited at any time during the termination process (to allow admins to revoke access to Namely before the departing employee’s termination date).

Once the termination date has passed and the termination is final, you can once again edit any field on the employee’s profile except those that were populated by the Termination Form.
