An employee enrolled in benefits and NO confirmation report was created, how could that have happened?

In most cases, after an employee submits an election a confirmation report is generated. However, If an employee’s benefits were imported into the system, a confirmation report will not be generated. 

 

To determine if an employee’s plans were imported:

  1. Navigate to the employee’s profile in Namely Payroll > Plan Benefits

  2. Select All. 

  3. Any benefits that were imported will state "import-tool" in the Modified By column.
