What time off reports are available in Namely?

Namely offers a number of detailed reports on time off requests and balance information in HRIS. 

These two reports are available in the Reporting tool in HRIS, which can be accessed by clicking Reporting under Admin Tools from your homepage:

• Time Off Request – Provides details on time off requested in HRIS.

• Time Off Usage – Provides details on time off balances in HRIS.

The available fields for each report type are visible before the report is created.  You may add or remove these fields by clicking on Edit Columns once the report has been established. 

We also offer a time off request report in Analytics. Click Analytics from your home page and select Time Off Requests. 

This report will provide additional details on time off requests submitted in the HRIS, and provides chart and visualization options.
