What permission do I need to terminate an employee with the Termination Form?

Note: This FAQ is specific to clients who have early access to the new Termination Form. If you are not included in this group, please refrain from consulting this FAQ until the feature is released to all clients.

To be able to terminate an employee with the Termination Form, you will need the Can terminate profile permission. If you need to restrict who users with this permission can terminate, you can scope the permission so it only applies to certain client populations (ie: direct reports, employees in the same department, etc).  For more information on setting up these permissions, please see Scoped Permissions.
