What abilities does the owner of a task list have?

Owners have the ability to determine the settings of the task lists. Here's a list of actions they can take.

  1. Assign additional owners to the task list.

  2. Assign and re-assign employees to the task list items. 

  3. Mass assign tasks.

  4. Determine who may view the task list.

  5. Add or modify task list items or categories.

  6. Mark tasks complete.

  7. Share comments with employees. These comments may be emailed to owners as well.

  8. Duplicate or Delete the task list.
