What Should I Do If a Workflow I Submitted Has Incorrect Information On It?
Once a workflow is submitted, the information within the workflow cannot be edited. If the information is inaccurate, the pending workflow should be declined, and a new workflow should be submitted with the accurate information listed.
If a workflow with incorrect information is approved and finalized, but the effective date has not passed yet, you can submit a case to the help community, requesting that the approved, finalized workflow be deleted.
If the workflow is deleted prior to the workflow effective date, nothing will be updated on the employee's profile. To request a workflow deletion, send the Service team the link to the inaccurate workflow, for documentation purposes.
TIP:
Once the workflow is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
If a workflow with incorrect information is approved and finalized, and the effective date has passed, the new information will have populated on the employee's profile on the workflow effective date. The information can be manually updated by an Administrator. Alternatively, the incorrect information can be overridden via a new workflow, with the exception of salary workflows.
